Return Policy

At Lüt we try to provide sufficient information about our merchandise. If you have any questions prior to purchasing a garment we would be happy to answer them. Simply email shop@lutboutique.com or phone us at 604.568.1188. We are here to help!

Return Policy for Lüt Boutique’s online store only:

We have an exchange only policy. If you wish to exchange an item, the total amount minus shipping will be credited towards your next order.  Please follow the instructions below:

  • You must contact us via email, shop@lutboutique.com, within 7 days from the shipped date.
  • A return authorization number (RA#) will be issued to you via email
  • The return order must be shipped with a return authorization number (RA#) visible on the outside of the box and/or package.
  • Please ensure returned order is packaged safely, as we do not accept damaged returns.
  • The package must be physically present at the address below within 14 days of receiving a return authorization number (RA#).

The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags still on the garment, the garment unworn and in its original condition; used, damaged, worn, dry cleaned items are not valid for credit or exchange.

Please note the customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with exchanges (including custom and brokerage etc.)  All shipping and handling charges are NON REFUNDABLE.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
All gift certificates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Returns may happen by mail or in-person but ALL returns require a return authorization number (RA#) issued prior, via email ONLY. Thank you.

If Lüt shipped incorrectly:

In the unlikely event an incorrect item was shipped, we apologize. Please contact Lüt via email (shop@lutboutique.com) within 10 days with the following detailed information:

  • Customer Name and contact information.
  • Invoice number.
  • Product Description.

Once we have received your information we will contact you directly and discuss the best, and speediest, way to remedy the situation.

If Defective item was shipped:

We take great care inspecting all items before they are sent. However, if you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Lüt via email (shop@lutboutique.com) within 7 days from the shipped date with the following detailed information:

  • Customer Name and contact information.
  • Invoice number.
  • Product Description.
  • Brief description of Defect
  • A photo of the defect

Once we have received your information, and deemed the item defective, we will contact you directly and discuss the best way to remedy the situation.

Cancellations of Orders and Out of Stock Items:

If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. Lüt may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available – in most instances we will contact you via e-mail to discuss your order in detail.

In the event of partial orders, we will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock item from your order and your invoice and refund your credit card. Refunds are only available for out of stock items on invoices that have been processed.

All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.
